By accessing or using the Piche platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Piche provides an AI-powered strategic intelligence platform designed for Healthcare and Life Sciences organisations. The Service analyses public market signals — including competitive activity, regulatory filings, product launches, and industry press — to produce structured opportunity briefs and analyses.
The Service is intended to support strategic planning and decision-making. Outputs are generated by automated AI systems and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, regulatory, or clinical advice.
Access to certain features of the Service may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the platform, software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology — are owned by or licensed to Piche Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Piche's intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Piche a limited licence to process and use it solely to deliver the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs produced by the Service are provided to you for your internal business use. Piche makes no warranty as to their originality or fitness for any particular purpose.
Piche handles data submitted through the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that Piche may process data about your use for the purposes of operating, improving, and securing the platform.
Any non-public information you share with Piche will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service analyses publicly available information only. Piche does not access, store, or process proprietary or confidential information about third parties unless explicitly provided by you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piche disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI-generated analyses and opportunity briefs are based on publicly available data and automated reasoning. They may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any material information before making business decisions based on Service outputs.
Piche does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piche Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Piche's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Piche in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. Piche reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if Piche reasonably believes your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Piche may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Service or by email.
